Petralex uses Bluetooth connectivity to transmit audio signals from external devices to your smartphone. Due to the technical nature of Bluetooth, there may be inherent delays in sound transmission. The quality and performance of audio processing may also vary depending on the smartphone model, operating system version, and Bluetooth hardware capabilities.
Important FDA Information: Petralex is not classified as a hearing aid by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The application is designed as a personal sound amplification product (PSAP) intended to amplify environmental sounds for non-hearing-impaired consumers. It is not intended to compensate for hearing impairment.
A professional medical examination by a qualified audiologist or hearing specialist is recommended before using Petralex or any hearing amplification product. If you suspect you have hearing loss, please consult a healthcare professional.
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials (information or software) available through the Petralex service for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Petralex at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

Petralex makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Petralex does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this service.
The materials appearing on the Petralex website and within the application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Petralex does not warrant that any of the materials on its service are accurate, complete, or current.
Petralex may make changes to the materials contained on its service at any time without notice. However, Petralex does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Petralex offers a 7-day free trial period for new users to evaluate the service and its features. During this trial period, you can explore the full functionality of the application at no cost.
If you have purchased a subscription and wish to request a refund, refunds are processed through the Google Play Store. Please submit your refund request within 48 hours of purchase. To request a refund, visit your Google Play purchase history or contact Google Play support directly.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Any claim relating to the Petralex service shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
